Nasturtium (Tropaeolum majus) is a beautiful plant that can be easily grown in containers or planted directly in the ground. It has edible flowers and peppery greens, both of which are delicious in salads. Try the leaves in a sandwich, or float the flowers in a drink. Even the immature seed heads can be pickled and are similar to capers.
