Using Herbs to Make Simple Syrups
A simple syrup is a delicious way to add the flavor of herbs to cocktails and other beverages. To make a simple syrup, stir together in a sauce pan one cup sugar and one cup water. Bring to a boil, stirring
occasionally, and boil until all of the sugar is dissolved (which will happen quite quickly). Remove from the

syrup in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to one month.
